Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-07-05

1. Who we are

Kadrano (“we”, “the service”) is a time-tracking application at kadrano.com. For any question about your personal data, contact us at contact@kadrano.com.

2. Data we collect

  • Account data: your email address and password (stored hashed by our authentication provider, never in clear text).
  • Time-tracking data: your clock-in/out periods, manual adjustments, leave, weekly schedule and balance settings.
  • Organisation data: the manager/team-member links you create.
  • Messages: the content of any request or feedback you send us.
  • Technical data: strictly necessary cookies (login session, language preference) and, with consent, advertising cookies.

3. Why we process it (legal bases)

We process your data to provide the service you signed up for (performance of a contract) and, where applicable, on the basis of your consent (advertising cookies). Work-time data is used solely to show your hours and balance to you and, if you have one, to your manager.

4. Who has access

Your time-tracking data is private to your account. A manager you are linked to can view (never edit) your balance. We use the following processors:

  • Supabase — database and authentication (data hosting).
  • Vercel — application hosting and privacy-friendly audience measurement.
  • Google AdSense — advertising (only after your consent; may set its own cookies).

We never sell your personal data.

5. Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account (or request deletion), your personal data is removed within a reasonable period, except where the law requires us to keep certain records.

6. International transfers

Our providers may process data outside your country. Where data leaves the EU/EEA, it is covered by appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses).

7. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies (authentication session, language choice). Advertising cookies (Google) are only set if you accept them in the cookie banner; you can change your choice at any time.

8. Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and to data portability. You can withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact contact@kadrano.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL — cnil.fr).

9. Changes

We may update this policy; the “last updated” date above reflects the latest version.
